It's only been a few days since Apple announced its highly anticipated online movie rental service, but complaints are already pouring in.
Users are reporting all sorts of glitches, including extremely slow download times; odd error messages; and a gray screen without sound. A few users say the 24-hour period before expiration is too limiting; and there's some frustration that the rentals are not viewable on any HDTV. But other than that, it's perfect.
To be fair, it's expected since it's a new product and all the kinks still have to be worked out.
Apple unveiled its online movie rental service on Tuesday, and it plans to offer more than 1,000 films by next month.
